The Nonprofit Effectiveness Internship at TCC Group offers hands-on experience in organizational strengthening and strategy services for social impact. The role supports the NE team on a range of projects, including planning, data analysis, and report development.
It is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule, and remote options are considered for qualified candidates. This paid internship runs Spring 2023 for about 20 hours per week at $20 per hour, with potential extension and

Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic self-starter with a collaborative spirit to join the team as an Intern, Nonprofit Effectiveness (NE) for the Spring 2023 term (i.e., March – June 2023), with the possibility for extension through the Summer and/or Fall terms.
The Nonprofit Effectiveness team strengthens social sector actors’ ability to achieve their missions, through organizational strengthening and strategy services – individually and in peer learning cohorts or communities. The team works directly with nonprofits, as well as their funders, building their capacity to collaboratively accomplish mutually held goals, and achieve maximum community and societal impact.
This Nonprofit Effectiveness Internship is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a demonstrated interest in making a social impact. They will have the opportunity to provide operational and analytical support on a range of projects including strategic planning, organizational strengthening, and organizational assessments that enable the Nonprofit Effectiveness team to make positive social change in its work.
The NE team is primarily based in the New York City office with a hybrid in-office schedule. We will consider qualified candidates based in other US locations for a remote internship.
