Job summary

UBS is seeking a motivated student to join our Wealth Management internship in New York. You will support our team of wealth management advisors, gaining product knowledge from internal and external sessions and assisting with client-focused projects.

As part of the program, you’ll help plan team events and materials, learn about the industry, and build a professional network of mentors and contacts within UBS.

The team

You will be working in the Financial Services team in San Francisco and New York. Your working location will be based in New York. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through Financial Advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your Skills And Experience

You need to be enrolled in a two or four year college or university. In particular, you have:

• a balanced resume which includes solid academic performance and campus involvement
• a genuine interest in developing a career in Wealth Management
• positive with a can-do approach

It doesn’t matter what you’re studying (you don't need to be a financial guru). But we’d like to see evidence that you can:

• analyze a problem, come up with ideas and make a decision
• show good judgment
• plan, organize and make things happen
• communicate well and work within a team
• stick with a task

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary for this role is USD 20 /hour. Please note this role is not eligible for UBS benefits or additional incentives.
