Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring for a key intermodal position in our yard. No experience is required as paid training, great benefits, competitive pay and opportunities for career growth are provided.

The role includes loading, unloading and moving shipping containers, with potential to drive hostlers and use cranes as needed. We offer 1st and 2nd shifts, competitive pay, medical/dental/vision benefits and a solid 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Must follow safety requirements and practices.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on railcars.
• Must pass background check, physical and drug screening.
• Drug screening may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist intermodal yards in loading, unloading and moving shipping containers.
• Operate hostlers and/or move containers with cranes, top loaders and side loaders.
