Job summary

ConGlobal is seeking a Chassis Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, and repair intermodal chassis used in rail, ocean, and trucking operations. In this field-based role, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, brake and suspension work, electrical and lighting repairs, and welding on container chassis to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You’ll use diagnostic tools, follow work orders and safety procedures, and document all repairs.

Qualifications

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair intermodal chassis.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform brake and suspension work as needed.
• Repair electrical and lighting systems on chassis.
• Weld on container chassis and document all repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and work orders at all times.
