Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced intermodal drivers to haul freight containers using company-owned chassis in Oregon and adjacent states. Expect predominantly no-touch, drop-and-hook work with steady schedules and regional routes.

Eligible drivers earn mileage, shipment, and on-duty hourly pay, plus a yearly bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement. Strong CDL A required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 40 miles of Portland, OR.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Drive in and out of railyards within Oregon and Washington.
