Job summary

Chenega MIOS seeks an Intermediate Project Manager in Albuquerque, NM to lead major IT programs for government clients. You will provide program management, align with ITIL v3/PMBOK, manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and serve as liaison with customers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in IT or 6+ years IT project management, 4+ years coordinating IT processes, experience with Azure DevOps and Project Boards, PMP within 6 months, and US citizenship with ability to obtain Public

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or 6+ years of IT project management experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of experience coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes.
• Experience in Azure DevOps and Project Boards.
• Current PMP certification or ability to obtain PMP within 6 months of hire.
• US Citizenship required; eligible for Public Trust.
• Pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and technical direction for major programs or projects.
• Coordinate with Government Task Manager and Program Manager on new assignments and planning.
• Manage cost, schedule, data, proposal activity, and other program aspects.
• Utilize ITIL v3, PMBOK, and industry-recognized methods for program management.
• Serve as liaison with current and prospective program customers.
• Plan, schedule, organize, and administer program tasks, budgets, and schedules.
• Track program against schedule and budget; report status to supervisors and executives.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule events.
• Establish and manage customer relationships.
• Investigate personnel issues within the program team.
• Lead process improvements for quality and delivery.
