Little Giant Studio seeks an intermediate Interior Designer to join our Victoria studio. You will lead the design and delivery of small-scale interior projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across offices while supporting the senior team on larger projects.

Ideal candidates have hospitality and multi-family exposure, strong presentation skills, and a lifestyle-focused approach aligned with our design culture. We value teamwork, rigor, and client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-graduate experience in interior design/architecture.
• Working toward NCIDQ certification.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of small-scale interior projects.
• Assist senior team on large-scale projects through all design phases.
• Mentor and support junior staff across offices.
• Collaborate across studios and coordinate with project teams.
• Maintain project schedules and client communication.
