Innova Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Intermediate) for a contract-to-hire engagement in the United States. The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting scalable Java and Python services on AWS, with emphasis on automation, CI/CD, and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Significant applied software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Hands-on AWS experience building and operating services.
• Strong hands-on Java experience.
• Strong hands-on Python experience.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated validation and quality gates.
• Strong troubleshooting across application and infrastructure boundaries; able to isolate issues using logs/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable services on AWS using Java and Python.
• Build automation and tooling to improve environment readiness and checks.
• Implement and operate CI/CD improvements to reduce failures and unblock delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across AWS and distributed systems and drive resolution to closure.
• Modernize existing Java/Python/AWS apps to improve reliability and velocity.
• Produce runbooks and self-service guidance to reduce tribal knowledge.
• Collaborate with platform/SRE, security, and product teams to deliver outcomes.
• Uphold engineering standards and mentor other engineers.
