• Take care of customer's vehicles and fix them correctly and efficiently
• Maintain High CSI standards and use advanced diagnostic equipment and tools, including computerized diagnostic devices, to test components and systems
• Keep up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and training
• Train and mentor other technicians on best practices and new repair procedures
