Intermediate Technical Architect – Corporate Interiors (Revit)

We’re hiring an Intermediate Technical Architect to support high-quality corporate interiors projects in New York City. This role suits an experienced Job Captain / Technical Designer / Project Architect who loves technical delivery, drawing production and coordination on corporate interior fit‑outs.

Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Package

• Salary from $95,000 (dependent on experience)
• Mid–large architectural practice with strong corporate interiors portfolio in Manhattan

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full drawing sets for corporate interior projects – not just isolated details or elevations.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Studio Directors to deliver corporate interiors schemes in New York City.
• Coordinate Revit models and construction documents with MEP, acoustical, lighting and other consultants.
• Handle submittal reviews, RFIs and contractor coordination as the technical point of contact.
• Support bidding and construction administration efforts on office interior projects in Manhattan.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support within a busy corporate interiors studio.

Requirements

• Typically 5–7+ years of experience in an architectural office.
• Solid experience as a Job Captain / Project Architect / Technical Designer / Project Professional on corporate interiors or workplace projects.
• Demonstrable ability to assemble complete Revit drawing sets (candidates must be able to show full sets, not just snippets).
• Strong Revit skills; AutoCAD exposure is acceptable for legacy clients, but Revit is the main tool.
• Happy to focus on technical production and coordination, not seeking a quick jump into Project Manager responsibilities within the first months.
• Reasonably stable work history; some post‑COVID movement is understood, but repeated short stints over many years are a concern.
