Job summary

GoFly365 is seeking an Avionics Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and test aircraft avionics and electrical systems. Primary support on Boeing 737-300, with work across other fleets as needed. May assist with general maintenance to keep operations efficient.

This role requires a valid A&P license, strong avionics troubleshooting skills, ability to read schematics, and strict adherence to FAA regulations. Willingness to work outdoors and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• A&P license required.
• Boeing aircraft experience preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with FAA maintenance and documentation requirements.
• Be able to secure and maintain airport authority badge.

Position Summary

The Avionics Technicianis responsible forthe installation, troubleshooting, repair, and testing ofaircraftavionics and electrical systems. This position will primarily support maintenance operations on Boeing 737-300aircraft, while also providing avionics support across other fleet types as needed. While this position is dedicated to avionics systems, the technician mayassistwith general maintenance activities in support of overall operational efficiency when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and installation of avionics and electrical systems, primarily on Boeing 737-300, occasionally on Metro SA227, Lear 60 as well as various otheraircraft
• Conduct operational and functional testing of avionics systems to ensure reliability and compliance
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Repair or replace defective components and wiring using approved methods
• Operate andmaintainavionics test equipment and diagnostic tools
• Ensure all work is completedin accordance withFAA regulations and company procedures
• Accurately complete maintenance logs and documentation
• Provide support with standard A&P maintenance tasks as needed
• Support company safety programs including FOD and tool control
• Collaborate with A&P mechanics and other maintenance personnel
• Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions asrequired
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A&P License required
• Strong avionics troubleshooting experiencerequired
• Boeingaircraftexperience is strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Familiarity with FAA maintenance and documentation requirements
• Be able to secure andmaintainappropriate airportauthority badging
• Own a basic set ofaircraftmaintenance tools
• Must be able to perform work requiring lifting,pushingorpullingobjectsin excess of75lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver aroundaircraft
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Passport and/or ability to obtain passport within60 daysof hire
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
