Job summary

Standard Textile is seeking an Interiors Group Program Manager (Finance) to oversee cross-functional brand programs and partner with distributors through end-to-end project oversight. You will drive pricing, data integrity, and program rollout while coordinating with Sales, Estimating, and Product teams.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and proficient in MS Office. This role requires strong communication and proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred and/or 3-5+ years sales, marketing, product, or project management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiasm about new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFQ and bid process with Sales, Estimating, and cross-functional teams.
• Perform pricing, margin, cost, and installation analyses to support bid strategy and profitability.
• Prepare and maintain technical specification packages for bid opportunities.
• Manage and maintain product data across brands, ensuring information is current and accessible.
• Lead rollout, implementation, and communication of new programs across internal departments.
• Develop responses to RFPs and proposals, including pricing and documentation.
• Oversee program-level quotations and collaborate with Estimating on day-to-day quotes.
• Maintain program price lists for accuracy and consistency.
• Create and manage project plans for timely execution and clear accountability.
• Provide inventory analysis to support forecasting and strategic decisions.
• Coordinate non-stock/product requests with Product Management.
