Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking an Interiors Technician in Arkansas to support aircraft maintenance projects. The role involves supervising other technicians, performing interior modifications, and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a strong background in Falcon interiors and the ability to solve complex problems. Experience in supervising and Falcon-approved training is preferred. This position may require occasional travel for AOG maintenance and offers a climate-controlled working environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Falcon Interior experience preferred.
• Entry level supervisory training or equivalent experience required.
• Falcon approved training completed on minimum of 2 Falcon models.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes all work while following safety standards and maintaining quality.
• Mentors other interior technicians and may train new personnel.
• Regularly communicates directly with customers and vendors.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Advanced skill with Corridor, Field 6, and other required manuals

Ability to travel and perform AOG maintenance

Education

High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance

Tools

Required tools per approved minimum tool list
