Kelly Mac Interiorscapes in Northern New Jersey is seeking an Interior Plant Maintenance Specialist with a passion for plants to service client offices and residences. You will perform regular plant care, monitor for pests, and maintain accurate care records while traveling to client sites across Essex, Morris, Somerset, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties.

The role offers full-time hours, starting pay at $23.50 per hour with room for experience-based increases, benefits, and mileage reimbursement.

Kelly Mac Interiorscapes is seeking a skilled Interior Plant Maintenance Specialist with a passion for plants and a positive outlook to service our clients in Northern New Jersey.

We are experts in providing care for living plants in corporate and residential environments. We value individuals with good customer service and communication skills; self-motivated with ability to make sound decisions independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and cleaning indoor plants in corporate office environments
• Monitor plants for signs of pests, diseases, or other issues, and take appropriate actions to address them.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that plants are healthy and thriving.
• Maintain accurate records of plant care activities and communicate effectively with the rest of the team.

Requirements:

The position is full-time. Opportunity for benefits, advancement, and pay increases. Starting pay $23.50/hour or more with experience, plus mileage reimbursement.
