We are now recruiting for a reliable and diligent Interior Maintenance Team Member to join our team to ensure our guests receive the highest quality facilities, accommodations, and amenities at our resorts.

As an Interior Maintenance Team Worker, you will:

• Perform maintenance and related tasks in units and general buildings.
• Be responsible for troubleshooting jobs, doing the repairs necessary or relating what needs to be done to your manager on a timely basis.
• Follow up with other departments on the status of the repairs and complete the necessary paperwork.
• Work in a clean professional manner.
• Address interior maintenance needs as assigned.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Handle plumbing needs as assigned.
• Test and treat pool systems.
• Complete painting tasks as assigned.
• Troubleshoot maintenance problems to determine necessary repairs.
• Perform general labor tasks, including snow shoveling and moving furnishings.
• Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary.
• Utilize basic carpentry and other building-related skills.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

What We Expect from You:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound loads.
• Basic construction/building skills.
• HVAC knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be available weekdays and weekends.
