Job summary

The role emphasizes detailed takeoffs, cost analysis, opportunity identification, and helping grow Granger's Interiors Division while delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Estimating, project engineering, project management, or related construction experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for interior construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Develop scopes of work and assist in preparing complete bid packages.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Management teams for seamless handoffs.
• Support value engineering and cost-saving opportunities for customers and project teams.
