Granger Construction's Interiors Division seeks an Interiors Estimator to develop accurate, competitive estimates for interior construction projects, working closely with project managers, field leaders, vendors, and clients to shape projects before construction begins.

You will review drawings, identify risks, pursue cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to business development while supporting growth and long-term success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Estimating, project engineering, project management, or related construction experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for interior construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Develop scopes of work and assist in preparing complete bid packages.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project handoffs.
• Participate in value engineering efforts and identify cost-saving opportunities for customers and project teams.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and industry partners.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, assisting with customer outreach, and helping grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Research market trends, industry developments, and emerging market opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives within the Interiors Division.
• Participate in bid-day activities, proposal preparation, and project pursuit strategies.
• Help ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and aligned with project goals, customer expectations, and company objectives.
• Represent Granger's values through professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
