We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling interior doors while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Whether you're new to the industry or have previous manufacturing, construction, or carpentry experience, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble interior doors according to specifications and production requirements.
• Position and secure lumber and truss components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and manufacturing equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• No prior experience is required, as we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequently use hands and arms to grasp, handle, and assemble materials.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance when appropriate.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance.

Work Environment

• Exposure to moving machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
• Exposure to dust, vibration, and industrial noise.
• Required use of hearing protection, eye protection, and other PPE.
