This is an opportunity for a versatile designer who wants meaningful ownership throughout the design process—from programming and space planning through concept development, documentation, FF&E, coordination, and construction administration.
The Seattle team works on sophisticated workplace environments that may include corporate offices, collaboration and training spaces, cafés, amenity areas, executive spaces, and hospitality-inspired environments.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys leading design while remaining hands-on in the work, collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary project teams, and helping mentor less-experienced designers.

Base Salary: $105,000–$120,000, depending on experience with bonus.
