2Twelve Recruiting, LLC is seeking an Interior Designer for a healthcare-focused role in Orlando. The candidate will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with an award‑winning architecture firm with offices in multiple cities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in interior design, 8+ years of experience (3+ years in healthcare), and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Enscape. NCIDQ certification is preferred.

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in healthcare.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape.
• NCIDQ certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop designs that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes.
• Oversees and contributes to interior design contract and presentation documents in all project phases.
• Presents design solutions to clients and teams.
• Fosters and maintains relationships with clients.
• Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design.
• Leads and coordinates team of both in‑house designers and architects and outside consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Provides mentoring, training, and support to entry and mid‑level interior designers.
• Prepares, issues, and reviews bids for furniture procurement.

Interior Designer - Healthcare

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 - 4 days remote)

We are helping an award-winning architecture firm with offices in Orlando, Philadelphia, and New York. Nationally recognized for their healthcare, corporate research and corporate and advanced technology projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop designs that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes.
• Oversees and contributes to interior design contract and presentation documents in all project phases.
• Presents design solutions to clients and teams.
• Fosters and maintains relationships with clients.
• Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design.
• Leads and coordinates team of both in‑house designers and architects and outside consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Provides mentoring, training, and support to entry and mid‑level interior designers.
• Prepares, issues, and reviews bids for furniture procurement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design from accredited institution
• Understands and implements market sector codes and requirements (i.e. Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, S&T, etc.)
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years of experience in healthcare
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch‑up, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent client management and leadership skills
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
