Job summary

C+TC Design Studio in Atlanta (Brookhaven) is seeking an interior designer to lead the full design process—from concept sketches through documentation, sourcing, site visits, and installation. You will be involved in concept development, space planning, and communicating design intent to clients and vendors.

Collaborate with a broad team to source FF&E, coordinate drawings in Revit, and contribute to budgets while managing multiple projects with a clear design narrative.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional interior design experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, palettes, materials, finishes, and FF&E.
• Create space plans and carry ideas through design development.
• Source furniture, lighting, fabrics, artwork, accessories, and materials.
• Design custom furniture, millwork, lighting, carpet, and project-specific elements.
• Build client presentations that clearly communicate the design story.
• Produce and coordinate Revit drawings through SD, DD, and CD.
• Prepare specifications and assist with FF&E budgets.
• Collaborate directly with vendors, manufacturers, purchasing agents, consultants, and clients.
• Review shop drawings, samples, mockups, and submittals.
• Participate in site visits, installations, and construction administration.

Located in Atlanta (Brookhaven), Georgia, C+TC Design Studio is an Interior Design and Architecture studio, focused primarily on hospitality. Since 1987, we have worked on hotels, resorts, conference environments, and senior living communities across the country.Our work includes projects with boutique owners and major known brands such as Marriott, Westin, Omni, W, Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental, and Regent. A large part of our portfolio is renovation and repositioning work, which means our team is always finding new solutions to reinvigorate existing spaces with a completely fresh design perspective.

C+TC is also a part of the Nuvaura group, which is a growing family of Architecture and Design firms including Levino Jones, leader in the Healthcare sector.

About the Role

We are looking for an interior designer who wants to be involved in the full design process — from the first concept sketch through documentation, sourcing, site visits, and installation. We want a teammate who is eager to learn and to be involved, who can stay organized and be a key asset in all areas whether it be conceptuaization, team project calls, or documentation.

• Experience with FF&E sourcing and specifications using programs like Design Spec, or Spexx
• Understanding of the design process from concept through construction documents
• Confident presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with consultants, vendors, manufacturers, and purchasing teams
• Willingness to travel for project meetings, site visits, and installations
• Well versed in InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, Bluebeam amongst others
• Has interest in AI tools for renderings and presentation purposes
