Job summary

Baskervill in Orlando is seeking an Interior Designer to contribute across workplace environments and a range of project scales, from startups to large corporations. Join a multidisciplinary design firm with a century of experience and a collaborative team.

You will collaborate with senior designers, translate client needs into concepts, develop drawings, and participate in construction administration. Revit, SketchUp, CAD and other tools are part of daily work; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 4+ years of interior design or architecture experience.
• Positive and curious attitude with the ability to meet concurrent deadlines.
• Ability to connect and communicate with a spectrum of personalities.
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp and Microsoft Office; other design tools optional.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior interior designers and architects through all project phases, including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, DD, drawings and detailing.
• Engage on diverse projects ranging from small to large.
• Participate in construction administration and review submittals and finish samples.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and consultants across offices.
• Creatively and eloquently present design concepts and ideas.
