Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in high-end residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of construction documentation.
• Experience developing interior elevations, cabinetry drawings, tile layouts, and detailed plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-end residential interior design concepts.
• Create and maintain detailed AutoCAD drawings including floor plans and elevations.
• Assist with space planning, furniture layouts, finish selections, and material specs.
• Develop finish and fixture schedules and coordinate with vendors and clients.
• Prepare client presentations and design boards; coordinate with architects and builders.
• Participate in site visits and reviews of shop drawings and construction questions.
