Job summary

The Finders in North Phoenix, AZ is seeking a passionate Interior Designer with strong FF&E experience to lead multiple projects from vision to execution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Interior Design, 2+ years FF&E experience across hospitality, commercial, or residential projects, and advanced AutoCAD skills. This in-office role offers growth to management, clinical-style teamwork, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design is required.
• 2+ years’ Interior Design experience with FF&E design & execution.
• Strong FF&E portfolio across hospitality, commercial, and/or residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Experience creating furniture packages and client-facing presentations.
• Leadership and collaboration to support company growth.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week and travel 2+ weeks per year.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design is required
• 2+ years’ Interior Design experience which includes strong FF&E design & execution
