Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking an Inside Sales & Project Manager to help customers bring their signage and graphics projects to life in a fast-paced environment. You will quote sign projects, coordinate with our production team, and ensure projects move smoothly from concept to installation, while maintaining strong customer relationships and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in signs, printing, or large format graphics strongly preferred.
• Strong organization and project management skills.

• Familiarity with print workflows is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Quote and manage sign and graphics projects including banners, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, dimensional letters, and illuminated signs
• Work directly with customers to understand project needs and timelines
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to deliver projects on schedule
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
• Follow up with customers and identify opportunities for additional signage solutions

Compensation

• Base salary + commission opportunities
