What You Will Own
  • Client Discovery & Design Leadership – Understand client vision, lifestyle, priorities, scope, budget, and design objectives; educate clients on good/better/best solutions.

  • Selections & Client Experience – Guide cabinetry, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, windows/doors, appliances, finishes, furnishings, and other selections while keeping decisions aligned to scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Budget, Buildability & Coordination – Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Trades, and Production so design decisions remain buildable, documented, budget-aware, and coordinated with schedules.
  • Construction Support & Handoff – Support permitting, Trade Day/final scope preparation, production handoff, milestone site visits, design clarifications, reselections, and change‑order information.
  • Post-Construction & Brand Contribution – Support decorative/furnishing needs, maintain vendor/sample resources, contribute project stories/photo-video opportunities, and help identify award‑worthy work.
You Are Likely a Strong Fit If You
  • Have at least 3-5 years of residential interior design or residential design-build experience.
  • Have a degree in Design and/or NCIDQ credentials (preferred, not mandatory when experience demonstrates capability).

  • Have proven experience with custom cabinetry, kitchen & bath designs, and high-end residential projects.
  • Understand how design decisions affect construction, budget, schedule, permitting, and client expectations.
  • Can confidently guide homeowners through complex, high-value, and sometimes emotional design decisions.
  • Have strong space-planning, finish/material-selection, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Are highly organized, communicate exceptionally well, take ownership, and can manage multiple projects.

  • Salary: $75,000-85,000 base plus per project bonuses. OTE: $80,000-$100,000 per year
