Job summary

Parkhill is seeking an Interior Design Student to join our team in an on-site capacity in Texas. This internship-style role offers hands-on experience with client presentations, project documentation, and field verification, while coordinating educational programs and maintaining our Parkhill Sample library.

You will work with REVIT, Microsoft Office and InDesign, while collaborating with team members both in-office and remotely as needed.

Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in a CIDA accredited university with an anticipated graduation of May 2025 or later
  • Completed sophomore level credit requirements preferred.
  • Eager to learn, self-starter and task oriented.
  • A passion to grow in the interior design profession.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with team members inside and outside the office; virtually and in-person.
  • Proficient in the use of computers, REVIT, Microsoft Office and InDesign.
  • Availability to work in the office a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client presentation and project construction documents.
  • Assist in coordination with manufacturers' representatives and team members.
  • Assist in Field verification and documentation.
  • Coordinate educational presentations and maintain the Parkhill Sample library.
