Job summary
Lee Health Corporate Center in Fort Myers is seeking an Interior Designer to support the facilities planning team in interior design, construction document development, and implementation of Lee Health design standards.
You will work closely with the Construction team on new projects and facility modifications, using CAD and related design software to produce documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications
- Associates degree with NCIDQ license or a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with a licensed Interior Designer or Architect.
- NCIDQ certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD and drafting.
Responsibilities
- Support the facilities planning team in interior design, construction document development, and implementation of Lee Health Interior Design standards.
- Collaborate with the Construction team as part of the planning process for new construction projects and modifications to existing facilities.

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00AM to 4:30:00PM
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour
Reporting to the Supervisor interior Design in support of the facilities planning team in all aspects of interior design, construction document development, and implementation of Lee Health Interior Design standards. Work is conducted in close partnership with the Construction team as part of the planning process associated with new construction projects and existing facility modification across Lee Health. Utilization of computer aided design (CAD) and other design software products is required.
Education: Associates Degree with NCIDQ License Required OR Bachelors degree in Interior Design Required.
Experience: Minimum (1) year working with a licensed Interior Designer or Architect.
Certification: NCIDQ Preferred.
License: N/A
Other: Proficiency in computer aided design (CAD) and drafting.
