Zusammenfassung

The Ohio State University is seeking an Interior Design Planning Coordinator in Columbus to support Space Planning across clinical, academic and research facilities projects. You will assist with scheduling, programming, budgeting, documentation, and presentation creation, coordinating field surveys, furniture orders and vendor installation.

A bachelor’s degree in design or related discipline is required; proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, plus experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience with Bluebeam, Acrobat, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management software is preferred.

Aufgaben

Assist planning and design teams on clinical and academic facilities projects.
Support scheduling, costs, standards, and procurement activities.
Create presentations and project reports for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate field surveys, furniture orders, and vendor installation.
Maintain liaison with Supply Chain, IT, and Facilities teams.
