Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Project Manager based in Boston, MA. The Interior Design Project Manager will oversee all phases of the design process, including conceptual design, space planning, budgeting, and project management. Duties include coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. The role also involves site visits, sourcing materials and furnishings, and providing leadership and direction to junior designers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in space planning, conceptual design, and interior detailing
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and timeline management
• Experience coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors
• Knowledge of materials, furnishings, and sourcing
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience in high-end residential design is a plus
