Gresham Smith is seeking a Project Coordinator - Interior Design to join our collaborative team and support entry-level professionals under NCIDQ-certified designers. You will participate in programming, concept development, and construction documents, contributing to project success.

We value growth, certification pursuit, and high-quality client service. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality control, and hands-on experience across design phases and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university.
• Pursuing Licensure.
• 2 years minimum relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated competency using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and/or other 3D rendering software programs.
• LEED accreditation and/or EDAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn the skills to be a successful entry level professional under NCIDQ-certified interior designers.
• Gain experience and knowledge to earn credits to pass NCIDQ examination and become NCIDQ certified.
• Collaborate with team members through all phases of the design process, from programming and concept through construction documents.
• Engage in Construction Administration, including job site visits.
• Ensure client satisfaction by applying quality control processes to your work.
