Havertys Furniture is seeking an Interior Design Consultant to craft dynamic home décor and coordinate with sales teams to close deals. The role includes in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations, creating floor plans and photo-realistic renderings, and guiding customers from design to delivery.

You’ll leverage your design expertise, participate in a training program with uncapped commissions, and contribute to a high-energy showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or 2–4 years related experience.
• ASID certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Room Planner software beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Create floor plans and photo-realistic 3D renderings for client spaces.
• Conduct in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations with customers.
• Assist Sales Consultants in closing transactions with design knowledge.
• Coordinate with the customer during home visits and final presentations.
• Provide feedback after house visits and during presentations.
• Support special-order SKUs and increase sales reserves.
• Maintain knowledge of furniture styles and products.
