Job summary

RH is seeking Design Consultants to deliver a luxury service experience, blending product expertise with elevated client care in our RH Gallery.

You will qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services, own the client journey from first contact through delivery, and grow a loyal client base while upholding RH's brand standards.

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration are essential, with the ability to travel locally and lift items when needed.

Qualifications

• Design firm or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and client-relationship skills.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Design Consultants play an integral role in providing luxury service by assessing the needs of walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery. They will work in collaboration and partnership with RH Interior Design to ensure the clients' design needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Our Design Consultants are innovators with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Experience within a Design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
• Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
• Licensed to drive preferred
• Ability to travel locally or out of state
