University of Miami seeks a part-time interior design instructor to deliver engaging courses and mentor learners in professional and continuing education settings. The role involves teaching software, drafting, rendering, and space planning, with hands-on activities and participant assessments.
The successful candidate will have a master's or higher in a related field and at least 10 years of experience in interior design or related disciplines, including strong English communication skills.
These are part-time staff positions. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis based on instructional needs, and the applicant pool will remain open throughout the academic year.
Application deadlines and final confirmation of teaching assignments are contingent upon student enrollment, program needs, and available funding. Final confirmation of teaching assignments may not occur until classes begin. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
