  • Manage BIM and Revit documentation for interior architecture projects, establishing and maintaining standards for model organization, drawing production, and coordination.

  • Supervise technical production across project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents, to ensure coordinated and well-detailed deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Designers, Project Managers, consultants, and clients to align technical solutions with design goals, budget, and schedule.
  • Participate in site visits to observe construction progress, verify conformance with documents, and address field conditions or contractor questions.
  • Perform construction administration tasks such as responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, and preparing field reports and punch lists.
  • Contribute to specification development and coordination, aligning materials, systems, and products with design intent, performance requirements, and sustainability goals.
  • Support sustainable design implementation by integrating sustainable strategies and best practices into project documentation and detailing.
  • Assist with project budgeting and scheduling by providing technical input on scope, sequencing, and constructability considerations.
  • Support regulatory approvals by preparing and coordinating documentation required for permit submissions and responding to plan review comments.
  • Contribute to business development efforts as needed by providing technical expertise in interviews, proposals, and presentations for interior architecture projects.
Essential Skills

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
