Interior Architect

New York, NY | Full-Time | Hybrid

We are seeking an Interior Architect to join a growing interiors team working across hospitality and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for a designer who is deeply technical, detail oriented, and experienced in translating design intent into fully resolved construction documentation. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and fabricators to deliver highly detailed interior environments from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop interior architecture packages across hospitality and multifamily projects
  • Produce detailed interior construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and custom millwork details
  • Design and document custom millwork, casework, wall systems, and built-in elements
  • Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, and lighting teams
  • Review shop drawings and submittals and respond to RFIs during construction
  • Participate in design development and contribute to material and detailing strategies
  • Support site visits and field coordination during construction administration
  • Collaborate with senior designers and project leaders to ensure design intent is carried through execution
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
  • 5–10+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on interior architecture.
  • Proven experience working on large scale hospitality and or multifamily projects.
  • Hands-on experience detailing custom millwork and interior architectural elements.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit required.
  • Solid understanding of building codes as they relate to interior construction.
  • Strong technical documentation and detailing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while owning interior scope and deliverables.
