Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Interim Women’s Health Clinic Manager in Kirkland, Washington to provide operational leadership across three women’s health clinics during a leadership transition.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Women’s Specialty Care, the successful candidate will oversee about 60 FTEs, maintain performance, access, provider support, quality outcomes, and balance staffing across locations while fostering a calm, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum of five years of ambulatory clinic management experience, preferably in OB/GYN or related specialty.
• Ability to lead across multiple clinics during leadership transition.

Interim Women’s Health Clinic Manager Needed in Kirkland, Washington!

The Position

• An Interim Women’s Health Clinic Manager is needed to provide operational leadership across three women’s health clinics during a leadership transition.
• Reporting to the Executive Director, Women’s Specialty Care, this leader will oversee approximately 60 FTEs.
• Key responsibilities include maintaining operational performance, patient access, provider support, quality outcomes, employee engagement, clinic throughput, and financial stability while balancing staffing needs across multiple locations and specialties.
• The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and approachable leader who can build trust quickly, support a developing leadership team, and provide stability during a period of transition. This individual should be skilled at navigating competing priorities, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach in a complex clinical environment.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• BSN required.
• Active RN license required.
• A minimum of five years of ambulatory clinic management experience is required, preferably within OB/GYN, Women’s Health, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, or a related specialty.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $175,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.

Kirkland is a suburb of Seattle and the 9th largest city in King County. The name of the town is based on British born Peter Kirk, who in 1889 moved to the United States and bought several acres of land in the area in order to move and expand its steel construction company. There is an abundance of “wapatos”; a particular type of wild potato in Kirkland.
