The Sort Center Interim Trainer will support the Learning Team during peak on-boarding. The overall objective of this role is to support high volume on-boarding and training.

The Seasonal Trainer will achieve this objective by:

• Executing all standard Interim Trainer tasks as outlined on Seasonal Trainer Standard Work Checklist
• Effectively executing network standard training plans
• Training ambassadors to deliver network standard training
• Auditing ambassador training delivery
• Providing ongoing support to the ambassadors
• Directly coaching associates to improve job performance

The overall objective of this role is to support high volume on-boarding and training.

The Interim Trainer will achieve this objective by:
