Tatum by Randstad is seeking an experienced Tax Leader for an immediate remote contract engagement. The role focuses on leading corporate tax compliance for 14+ countries and advising senior management within a mid-sized technology company.

This 3–4 month assignment may convert to permanent based on performance. Candidates should have 7+ years of corporate tax experience, international corporate tax exposure, and strong communication skills.

Tatum was recently made aware of an immediate remote need with a portfolio client of our Private Equity sponsor. We are seeking an experienced Tax Leader with deep technical expertise and excellent advisory skills to support senior management within a mid-sized technology company. The role is replacing an existing position and will work via contract for 3 to 4 months with the chance of conversion to the permanent position. More details follow:

• Lead corporate tax compliance and reporting for over 14 countries worldwide
• Support Tax audits & inquiries while working with external advisors
• Partner with finance, treasury, operations and business leaders across the organization
• Stay informed of international tax regulations and US-specific guidelines

• Recent international tax experience at the corporate level
• CPA preferred; Masters in Taxation preferred
• Immediate availability preferred
