The Consortium of Jewish Day Schools is seeking an interim supervisor to manage three early childhood classrooms (35 children, ages 14 months to 5 years) from January through April, with potential extension. You will ensure licensing ratio compliance, mentor teachers, and coordinate communications with families.

You will work with two other administrators overseeing the K-8 division to maintain cohesive school operations.

Qualificações

• 21 years old+
• 1+ year of training in management/supervision of adults
• Knowledge of child development
• ORO STEP 9
• 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination

Responsabilidades

• Oversee three early childhood classrooms with a total of 35 children (ages 14 months to 5 years).
• Maintain and adjust schedules to comply with licensing ratios.
• Observe in classrooms to support teacher growth and development.
• Connect with parents day-to-day and via newsletters.
• Collaborate with two other administrators who oversee the K-8 portion of the school.

All About the Role:

This is an interim position January through April, with the potential to carry on. You will oversee three early childhood classrooms with a total of 35 children, ages 14 months-age 5. Our teacher are committed, dedicated, and work well together. You will maintain and adjust schedules as needed to comply with licensing ratios, observe in classrooms to support teacher growth, connect with parents both day to day and formally with newletters, and work collaboratively with 2 other administrators who oversee the K-8 portion of our school.

Hours and Pay:

M-Th 8am-4pm, F 8am-3pm

$25-30/hr DOE
