The role requires hands-on accounting leadership, GAAP expertise, and experience overseeing field controllers, with a focus on delivering structured processes and measurable improvements during a period of growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 15–25 years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level work.
• Oilfield services or related industry experience with operational accounting focus.
• Hands-on experience in accounting processes, data, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate accounting teams across two acquired businesses and assess capabilities.
• Recommend staffing adjustments and establish an accountable accounting team structure.
• Lead post-acquisition accounting integration, standardize policies and reporting.
• Collaborate with field controllers to improve reporting accuracy and visibility.
• Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement improvements.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting during integration.
• Analyze operating performance, costs, margins, and profitability for improvements.
