Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of acute care nursing practice.
- Current Nurse Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Knowledge of hospital operations and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing staff in emergency situations.
- Plan and coordinate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
- Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
