You will develop and implement nursing policies, collaborate across departments, provide training to staff, and ensure accurate records for regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with 2–5 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and healthcare industry standards.

Responsibilities
