Surgical Directions is seeking interim Nurse Leader candidates for OR/SPD and supply chain leadership roles across the United States. These contractor positions provide 6 to 12 months of coverage with travel reimbursement and 1099 contracting terms.

Responsibilities include guiding operational governance, improving perioperative leadership and supply chain processes, and partnering with client facilities to ensure quality care and sustainable change.

In addition to helping existing teams be more effective, we provide interim leadership to ensure critical coverage for short-term gaps. We bring extensive experience in establishing sustainable governance boards, which facilitate change management and create long-lasting solutions. Surgical Directions is looking for experienced Nurse Leaders, including OR Directors, OR Managers, OR Educators, Perioperative Supply Chain Leaders, Perioperative Materials Management Leaders, SPD Educators, SPD Managers, and more for interim opportunities throughout the United States. These assignments range from 6 to 12 months in duration. Travel is expected but will be reimbursed.
