Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 2–3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical, writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with professional services, consulting, communications, or agency businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including client services agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, NDAs, vendor contracts, consulting agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risks and business terms.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals and compliance obligations.
• Maintain contract templates and legal playbooks.
• Conduct legal research on commercial, marketing, privacy, and intellectual property matters.

A leading public relations and business advisory firm is seeking a Junior Contracts Attorney to support the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements.
