The HR Service Partner (HRSP) positionis responsible for aligning Cityobjectiveswith employees and management in designated service units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees. This position serves as a coach and mentor for leadership in assigned service units as well as a resource for employees and other positions within the HR department. The HRSP acts as a strategic service partner to assigned service units, proactively understanding their operational goals andchallenges,and aligning HR strategies and solutions to support the achievement of thoseobjectives.
