Qualifications

• JD from a U.S. accredited law school with active bar status.
• Extensive senior legal leadership experience in a public company (GC or CLO).
• Experience with M&A, governance, securities, and cross-border matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal leadership to CEO and Board on governance, compliance, and transactions.
• Oversee global regulatory, environmental, permitting, and trade compliance.
• Lead government relations and policy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage litigation, investigations, and enterprise risk programs.
