Kirby Bates Associates is seeking an Interim Emergency Department Director for a hospital system in Oregon. This is a free-standing ED and outpatient satellite facility, requiring strong nursing leadership and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, Oregon RN license, 5 years of progressive leadership experience, and BLS (ACLS preferred). Our leaders receive housing, transportation, and regular travel home as part of a competitive compensation package.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License (OR is not a compact state).
• 5 years progressive leadership experience including nursing experience related to area of specialty.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $850-$900 per day ($221,000- $234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
