A leading financial services and technology firm is seeking an Interim Director of Strategic Finance/Corporate Development to work closely with C-suite executives and assist in potential M&A transactions. This high-visibility role requires 5-10 years of experience in finance, particularly in Sell-Side transactions, with advanced financial modeling and exceptional communication skills. The position is contract-based and remote, offering a competitive rate of $125-$150 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive Finance & Sell-Side Transaction experience, ideally starting in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Experience working at or with PE portfolio companies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage senior executives, Board members, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven insights to investors and present clear narratives backed by data.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and functional leaders.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and presentations for the Board and private-equity sponsors.
