Diversicare is seeking a passionate Interim Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing department, drive excellence in care, and shape the resident experience across the facility while upholding our mission and values.

You will provide administrative leadership, oversee budgets and resource planning, recruit and coach nursing staff, and champion ongoing quality improvement initiatives to promote resident well‑being, safety, and functional independence.

Qualifikationen

• RN License with current license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in long‑term care or geriatric settings.

• Administrative leadership: Assume responsibility in the absence of the Administrator, implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain best practices.
• Budget management: Assist in preparing and administering the department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
